Studio Bortto provides personalized online interior design services ("E-Design") for residential interior spaces.

Services are performed remotely based on the information, measurements, photographs, videos, floor plans, and other materials provided by the client.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, our services do not include on-site visits, construction supervision, contractor management, or project administration.

Each E-Design package includes only the services specifically described on the corresponding product page at the time of purchase.

Depending on the selected package, services may include:

• Space planning

• Furniture layout

• Mood boards

• 3D renderings

• Material and finish selections

• Furniture specifications

• Shopping lists

• Technical drawings

• Product sourcing links

Any service not expressly listed in the purchased package is excluded.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Studio Bortto does not provide:

• Architectural services

• Engineering services

• Structural design

• Electrical design

• Plumbing design

• Mechanical design

• Permit applications

• Code compliance reviews

• Construction management

• Contractor supervision

• Installation services

• Product purchasing

• Site inspections

The client is responsible for hiring licensed professionals whenever required.

The client is solely responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Room measurements

• Floor plans

• Photographs

• Videos

• Existing conditions

• Design preferences

• Any additional information requested by Studio Bortto

Studio Bortto shall not be responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the client.

Project timelines begin only after:

• Full payment has been received.

• All requested information has been submitted.

Any delay by the client in providing requested information, approvals, or responses will automatically extend the project timeline.

Each package includes only the number of revisions described on the product page.

Additional revisions or redesign requests beyond the included scope may be billed separately.

Significant changes after concept approval may require the purchase of additional design services.

Furniture, lighting, décor, finishes, materials, and accessories specified in the project are subject to supplier availability.

Studio Bortto cannot guarantee future availability, pricing, colors, finishes, dimensions, or delivery times.

Manufacturers may discontinue or modify products without prior notice.

Studio Bortto is responsible only for the design services provided.

We are not responsible for:

• Construction work

• Installation

• Contractor workmanship

• Manufacturing defects

• Shipping delays

• Product damage during transportation

• Material variations

• Code compliance

• Permit requirements

• Errors or omissions made by third-party contractors or suppliers

Each project is custom-created specifically for the client.

Orders may not be canceled once work has begun.

No refunds will be issued after project development has started.

No exchanges will be provided.

If the client becomes unresponsive for more than ninety (90) consecutive days, Studio Bortto may consider the project abandoned without any obligation to issue a refund.

All drawings, renderings, layouts, mood boards, specifications, presentations, documents, and design concepts remain the exclusive intellectual property of Studio Bortto until full payment has been received.

Upon payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design solely for the specific property for which it was created.

The client may not:

• Sell the design

• Reproduce the design for commercial purposes

• Use the design for another property

• Distribute or share the design with third parties without prior written consent

Studio Bortto's total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the purchased design package.

Under no circumstances shall Studio Bortto be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, construction delays, contractor errors, increased construction costs, product defects, or damages arising from third-party services.

All project communications shall be conducted primarily via email unless otherwise agreed.

The client is responsible for monitoring the email address provided during checkout.

Studio Bortto may utilize professional design software, digital renderings, and artificial intelligence tools during the design process.

Renderings are intended solely as visual representations.

Final results may vary due to lighting conditions, monitor calibration, materials, manufacturing tolerances, construction methods, photography, and product availability.

Studio Bortto reserves the right to display completed designs, renderings, project photographs, and related images for portfolio, website, marketing, educational, advertising, and social media purposes.

Personal information, property addresses, and confidential client information will never be disclosed without permission unless already publicly available.

Clients requesting complete confidentiality must notify Studio Bortto in writing before the project begins.

If specified products become unavailable after project delivery, Studio Bortto is not obligated to provide substitute selections without additional compensation.

Requests for substitute products after project completion may require the purchase of additional design services.

Studio Bortto shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, internet outages, power failures, government actions, software interruptions, supplier delays, labor strikes, or other unforeseen events.

The client acknowledges that all design services are custom-created specifically for their project.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, Studio Bortto reserves the right to present all relevant documentation, including order confirmations, accepted Terms & Conditions, emails, questionnaires, design files, renderings, technical drawings, delivery records, and project communications.

Personal dissatisfaction with design preferences alone does not constitute failure to perform the contracted services.

Interior design involves professional, aesthetic, and functional decisions based on Studio Bortto's expertise.

Once a design phase has been approved, subsequent modifications may affect the project timeline, budget, and overall design concept and may incur additional fees.

Studio Bortto is not responsible for modifications made by the client or third parties after project delivery.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the complete agreement between Studio Bortto and the client regarding the purchased services and supersede all prior discussions, proposals, emails, or communications.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

By checking the box indicating "I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions" and completing the checkout process, the client acknowledges that:

• They have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

• They fully understand and accept all provisions.

• This electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement between the client and Studio Bortto.

Studio Bortto provides interior design services only.

Our services do not constitute architectural, engineering, structural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, legal, financial, or other licensed professional services.

Whenever required by applicable laws, building codes, homeowners' associations (HOAs), or local regulations, the client is solely responsible for hiring appropriately licensed professionals and obtaining any required permits or approvals.

Studio Bortto is not responsible for ensuring compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, permit requirements, or other legal obligations.

The client agrees that all communications conducted electronically, including emails, questionnaires, approvals, invoices, electronic payments, and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions during the checkout process, shall have the same legal effect as written and signed documents.

By completing the checkout process and submitting payment, the client expressly agrees to enter into this Agreement electronically, acknowledging that such electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding contract.

Studio Bortto relies on the measurements, photographs, videos, floor plans, and other information provided by the client.

The accuracy of the design depends upon the accuracy of the information received.

Studio Bortto shall not be responsible for errors, omissions, hidden site conditions, or construction discrepancies resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the client or third parties.

If revised measurements or new site information require modifications to a completed project, additional design fees may apply.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client is solely responsible for implementing the design recommendations provided by Studio Bortto.

Studio Bortto does not supervise construction, installations, deliveries, contractor performance, or product assembly and shall not be responsible for any issues arising during the implementation of the design by the client or third parties.
